Never understood why they had this random ass Selkath dude on the cover when it could have been Carth (lol) or Jolee or, idk, Revan? Wonder if a Selkath party member was an idea at some point.
This is the correct answer. The box for this game was a thing of beauty.

Maybe not of all time but I think this is the strongest on the Switch.
Wast just about to post this. So much nostalgia it hurts.
This is pretty great. There's some layers here too, given this is a Wii U port, and showcases a remake of an N64 track.
Maybe not of all time but I think this is the strongest on the Switch.
LOL Basic Programming and it's got a slick future dude laying down beats surrounded by synthesizers like Daft Punk in a 2001 cockpit flying through space with planets and moons and shit in the background.Got to be one of those classic Atari box arts. They could make literally anything look dynamic and exciting.
Sad to hear they passed away but damn that's some beautiful artwork. For those who like the Secret of Mana box art, the artist was called Hiro Isono and I highly recommend looking up his other art.
Passed away a few years ago sadly.
It's legitimately this. What an amazing choice. It's so fucking perfect. It's been burned into my mind since I saw it in the K-Mart racks as a child.
One case where I really don't like the Japanese art. The faces are off and the western art represents the game more with an iconic shot.
this one's a painful downgrade from the majestic original art
