It can be from anything, but for me, this one stands to mind. This is from Transformers Season 3

I know hyperbole abounds on the internet - but I'm neither exaggerating or trying to get a rise out of anyone - the Knightmare scene in BvS was so bad that I literally stopped paying attention to the movie so much that I recall NOTHING of the film after that part, save for "Martha" and the stupid CG monster at the end.

I cannot believe how unexciting this was. It looked like they were practicing for the real shoot. The camera work sucks. There's no energy. Nothing exciting. The choreography is ass. Cannot believe this came from the same person that did Man of Steel.

This is genuinely the funniest fight scene I've ever seen. It's taking the idea of Rule of Cool to such extremes that it's basically a fight between two people who can't fucking aim a gun properly.

Can I just say all of Iron Fist season 1 bar... maybe 1 episode set in China?
Oh, and while I see Arrow already posted in this thread, Arrow. Lots of it. Season... 3? 4? or both had some shockingly poor fight scenes for the entire runs of the season, special effects sucked as well so the whole thing looked really amateur and a gigantic step down from season 1&2.

Midgar, With Love

Not like this, JMS. (Edit: I forgot how little of this clip is the pertinent part. I'm referring to the "martial arts on a spaceship" thing.)

Let's start with the easy one.

I've actively avoided watching this movie (I've only seen that one fight with Katara and Pakku, as a side-by-side with the original), so this is my first time seeing this scene, and HOLY SHIT this is awful on every level.

I literally cackled out loud with the static wide shot of Katara running from off-screen to push a soldier, and no one even anticipates it or actually reacts to it.

The acting, camera work, 'choreography', and editing in this is all so fucking bad. There's no sense of energy or urgency. Everything kind of just "happens" as if people are pantomiming through what the scene description is.

oh god so cringe. apparently they were supposed to have a fancy floating chair she sat for this but they ran out of money and just had her on wires on a green screen.

Yeah. And honestly, everything else in this clip is also cringe. Not to the same degree, but definitely cringe. I don't know how he did it, but JMS made Legend of the Rangers feel like damn near the "SyFy Original Movie" that it... technically... literally was.

I was 14 when this came out and a pretty big B5 fan. I knew on first watch this thing wasn't going far.

I don't know about "terrible" but most American action films are shot terribly with cuts that make the fight scenes incoherent to watch. There was a video showing why Jackie Chan is the master of proper fight choreography. On top of being a skilled fighter and performer, he knows how to cut fight scenes in a way that flows and is coherent.

They feel real not only because everything happens in the same shot, but Jackie and his stunt team are actually performing choreography. It flows like a dance, and you can tell these are trained fighters. As someone who practices MMA, I can't give enough credit to the brilliance of Chan and his stunt team.

Yeah this is by far the worst and the fact that it's animated is even more baffling.

Like, you can understand what they are trying to go for.

The whole film has Leon and Chris shooting like they are from John Wick or Equilibrium. Doing impractical "gunfu/gunkata", but the reason it looks cool in those films is because those movies make the fighting style as precise as possible, where the shots are always hitting their mark.

Same movie, using the same type of fighting style but people like the above fight scene because it looks cool since Chris and Leon are mowing down zombies and hitting their shots.

But in that fight it looks so silly because while the intent is probably "they are both so skilled it is throwing off each others aim" it looks like they both literally can not aim a gun.

That one fight in Soul Eater Not was pretty fucking bad

I seem to remember 90% of the fights in Heroes looking pretty dodgy too.

Highlander 5: The Source

That reminds me of that one time I watched Highlander 2 with a coworker and he was completely shellshocked by that piece of shit movie unlike anyone else I've exposed to it.

Just when he was about to regain his composure I told him "that's not even the worst movie in the franchise."

The look on his face, sheer terror.

or just dancers :P. Amazing choreography in his films

That Taken 3 fight is a good example of absolute chaos with all the cuts and different shots. being familar with street brawls tho they do be like that. chaotic evil messes where no one knows what is happening. still terrible to watch.

Hope nobody posts the fight from Bridget Jones Diary 2 because that is one of the top fights.

it looks inspired by the shootout in Hard Boiled in the hospital with the shotgun man
