Now that I remember I got Rabbids a few days early as well and didn't get banned.

There lots of street-date broken copies out here, they aren't going to ban for that. They have plenty of detection capabilities for pirated copies, and can differentiate. This isn't a 3DS. ;)

I'm not sure what your point is? There's a lot of copies out, there's also some dumps out and I was speaking of the source of one.
According to a leak I read (that could be fake)
it's literally 8 stories. 8 characters, 8 villians, each with a series of chapters. There is no chapter with the whole party, and no final boss.
