Odyssey is definitely made from the ground up for the Switch, it's also some of the most impressive games on Switch from a technological standpoint.
XB2 does not use an unmodified engine from Xenoblade X, it has a completely new renderer using PBR and techniques like volumetric lighting, SSR and nice ambient occlusion, and surely there are more changes under the hood.
It said migration complete without having me to tape my Nintendo account lol
I shouldn't be worried as I'm already logged in on My Nintendo.
EDIT : migration is instantaneous, nice. I'm not really far on my PC account and still have a lot to learn though like I learnt about mastery rank late

Mine did the same. I did use the same alias on Switch as I did on PC though. That or I logged in somewhere ages ago.
This isn't a popular opinion, but I'm pretty disappointed that I can't use the mobile app for voice chat with this or Fortnite. It was the only convenient way to use my AirPods, and I'm not interested in a gamer headset.
Two hours to download 12.4GB...switch's download speeds aren't good.
It'd be cool to have that with some beginner tips, since a lot of people are going to discover the game with this version I think.

You need to start to play it already so it create a Switch Warframe account then you'll be able to transfer.
Considering Switch is its own ecosystem right now, makes sense.
Correct, you basically copy your PC account (excluding platinum and not-yet-released content) over the the switch, at which point you basically have two separate accounts. Doing something on your switch account after this won't affect your PC account, and vice versa.
I'm working on a switch role/channel in the current discord after I'm done with the OT. It'll probably be better to pool all the knowledge of current PC players for helping with new Switch players,
God damn nearly done after 2 hours. I shouldn't take me 2 hours to download 12 gigs. I looked at my steam play time and it said i played the game for 72 hours. I don't recall putting that much time into the game.

So it has obtuse gameplay and loot mechanics that are not actually explained in the game and require you to scour online FAQs and forums because the developer can't include basic tutorials and text in the game?
And if you don't you miss out and basically derail your character progression?
Ok, thanks that was the problem. Wasn't logged in with my main account.
The game is obtuse with information but I don't see how you can derail your character progression in Warframe. After all progression in Warframe isn't that linear really. Getting to level 30 on a Warframe or weapon is super quick. The only traditional power progression is farming different mods to create a build for yourself.
Besides mods, most of the grind is in farming for all the different warframe, weapons etc.
Got my account migrated over. Not a bad looking game all things considered, but I am royaly struggling with the joycons. Feels like it's my first time with a controller. Guess I should save up for a pro controller.
Are you using 5Ghz wifi? I was having slow speeds and connection problems with the Switch in my home network until I switched it to 5Ghz, then it's been great.
I have the same problem. I guess their servers are down. The game is probably a bigger success than they thought...
