Vic Mignogna - Plaintiff, Serial Sexual Predator (30 years and counting!), affectionately called "Fuhrer" by both fans and his mother, Possessor of the Burnt Ashes of a Voice Acting Career
Nick Rekieta - Knave, grifter, Internet shock jock, "journalist" and allegedly a practicing lawyer. Nicknames of "Screech" and "Blackface Lawyer (BFL)".
Percy "Ty" Beard - A fool and sometimes clown, lawyer for the Plaintiff, and is in way, way, way over his head.
VicStans - Screaming hordes of faceless Internet trollkin with zero legal acumen and even less grasp on reality.
Monica Rial - Defendant, longtime voice actress, victim of a Mignogna sexual assault in 2007.
Ronald Toye - Defendant, fiance of Monica Rial
Jamie Marchi - Defendant, longtime voice actress, victim of a Mignogna sexual assault.
Funimation - Defendant, anime production company
J. Sean Lemoine - Lawyer for the Defendants

Greg Doucette - Criminal defense attorney out of North Carolina, Master of the Threadnought (the Twitter construct recording the history of the Mignogna lawsuit), often poorly doxxed by VicStans who are about as bad at life as Mignogna's lawyer is at law. @greg_doucette, or just "Greg". Source of most of the hilarity on the Threadnought due to the VicStans' poor understanding of things legal.
Mike Dunford - Lawyer and PhD candidate, has been doing yeoman's work with raw transcription and data munging of the various legal documents coming out of the suit.
