Well, damn. At least I can have fun with the new world modifiers, gonna make the best structures that I possibly can. Just need to figure out how to make ground flat first on console lol.
So I should try and aim for the soft cap?it's functionally identical - there are two limits to terraforming - a 'soft cap' for which the hoe's leveling function works to, and a significantly larger 'hard cap' for which is the maximum total height you can raise/lower terrain vs its original condition. the hard cap is uniform across the board. the general idea is to hoe-raise and mining pick stuff to 'generally level' an area (which resets the midpoint for the softcap) then hoe's level function to get it perfectly flat
Both, mostly coop
It annoys that survival games are not all copying the Grounded thing where you and your friends share a single synced save in the cloud that anyone can use even when some of the others are offline and it advances things for everyone, and you just join the session if anyone else is already using the save.
In the middle of the Palworld and Enshrouded craze my group of friends decided that now would be a perfect time to get into Valheim instead lol. We are hooked.
We would like to get a dedicated server going can anyone recommend a nice server hosting service for this game? Something that is reliable, simple to setup and if possible not too expensive.

I'm going to wait for the full release, but with the public beta out I can't imagine it being too much longer. I'm ready to put another 100+ hours into the game once its out.
