Holy shit Chris, shut up. I understand, Socialist Governments have a bad track record and it's wise to always be cautious, but you just sound like a crazy person.

My lord I don't think I've ever seen anyone triggered by the word/concept "Socialism" as badly as Chris Matthews. Dude needs to fucking chill O_O

Lol Chris hates Bernie.
Edit: you will laugh but this is what it will do to many older voters. And is doing. Hence the fear. It's real.

I was going to say you should bet on it, but that just got me curious on current betting odds and...

Bloomberg is currently second to be the nominee? wtf?

He should have accepted that duel offer.
I feel like Bloomberg's numbers won't translate to vote.

Like, what are the chances people are just saying his name becuase they keep seeing it everywhere

My democrat 70+ yr old uncle in Florida doesnt even consider Bernie. He makes a weird noise and then says he's instantly dead on arrival at the prospect of Bernie getting the nom. Still think we are fucked with him. The kids can think all they want. It's why betting solely on them to win you through seems like such a bad idea.

LOL is Pete advocating "fly into a Senator's state and yell at them to pass his legislation"? That's literally Sanders (not likely to work) MO LMAO

It's so weird to see candidates on stage suck up to Bernie. Like it's especially weird coming from Amy lol. Steyer is totally a Bernie Bros btw, he was coming after Biden and sucking up to Bernie the whole time.

Amy kinda clobbered Pete hard on experience but honestly major props to the moderator for asking Pete a tough question that he had no answer to and Warren piling on. Pete is legit going to have negative AA support with that track record, he just cannot shake it.

Steyer seems to oddly be signaling at SC and Nevada already. I like him focusing on race and minorities.

Bernie did Bernie things and got solid applause from audiences.

Biden... well he tried but it was very clear from framing of the questions that Buttiegeg and Sanders were front runners.

Really admire Sanders guts to say that both of the NH Senators were wrong on voting yes on the USMCA. Like who the hell does that in a debate stage in NH lmfao? That said I think Sanders was the weakest on the gun issue, moderator did good on bringing up his record but of course that is completely irrelevant in the GE.

Yang really is getting irrelevant. Like he is so one note it's full on parody tier. Literally trying to fix everything with UBI... like come on man you are smarter than that. Definitely his weakest debate performance.

I generally got what I wanted from this debate and I think minus people being a bit too friendly with each other. I think as this thing narrows in they are realizing that they need to do this together to beat Donald Trump... everyone has the big picture in mind. And that's a good thing especially judging by crowd responses, they fucking lap up any shots taken at Trump.

Also that Hillary question fell completely flat on its face.

"So Amy what do you think about Hillary saying Bernie is hard to work with?"

"Well actually him and I have passed many legislations together..."

I think Biden, Steyer, Warren and Amy all respect Bernie very much and it's really only Pete who doesnt really like Bernie as much and even then he claimed to have written an essay on Bernie's courage in high school lol.

Honestly Pete did well in the debate if you remove that race thing. But man that thing made even me uncomfortable... dude was fucking SWEATING! That's one of the biggest gut punches he has received in the stage along with Sanders calling him out directly from taking billionaire money.

Also Warren and Bernie are fucking DYING to demolish Bloomberg at the stage.

Watched that Pete clip on race, holy fuck that was a really awful answer from him, Warren and the moderator should be given a lot of credit for ripping him on that. It's like ad material gold.

I don't know how it's going to be possible to have a less than 1% support with AA but Pete is going to find a way to do it.

Steyer doing damage in SC/Nevada against Biden is going to be such a massive win for Bernie. Steyer is like a legit progressive candidate that people write off because he is a billionaire.

Yea. If he can win NH, NV, and get the miracle in SC I doubt anyone catches him on super Tuesday.

Yeah I think people are writing off how much Steyer might be singularly torpedoing Biden's chances.

IKR he's got a pretty damn eloquent answer for everything else, surprised he can't turn it into an opportunity to do better. Was really a really painful moment.

Honestly, I thought the taking money from billionaires thing was pretty weak sauce from Bernie ON A QUESTION ABOUT DIVISION NO LESS

Yes, let's hamstring ourselves in a fight for the future of the country against an enemy that has endless resources at their disposal. That's just stupid. Make those fuckers pay once we win, but don't fight the system from the outside. Win and change it.

If Bernie wins SC then this thing is actually over. He is not expected to win SC but if he gets even a close second that's big for him.
I wouldn't say it's over because of the media meltdown that will happen in this scenario. I don't think any of the current contenders will drop if he wins those three. Honestly my gut is telling me it's going to be messy all the way through.

Why are we not talking more about how Buttigieg is apparently starting to outperform Bernie in NH? Shouldn't we all be more concerned of that happening?

I don't see Bernie winning SC if Pete nudges him out in NH.

Best actual moment of the debate that almost brought tear to my eye was Biden telling everyone in the stage to applaud Vindman for his service and the whole stage gave a standing ovation.

Thank god there are still people in this country who give a shit and recognize true heroes.

It's one poll and Pete didn't exactly had the best debate today. We still have a few more days left. I think NH will be close but Bernie will win out in the end.

I don't see Bernie winning SC realistically regardless of the results of NH. It's not impossible for him just hard.
