I live in Toronto, so I'm a few years late to the party on this one, but in recent weeks I've tried this cheesecake and I can't keep away.
The texture is incredible, like you're eating a cloud, super light. Exact opposite of a New York style cheesecake. I like both, but Uncle Tetsu's being so light allows me to scarf down a cake in about 2 minutes flat.
Flavour is all there too. I'm not one for a heavily topped cheesecake either. All those different flavours, blueberry, cherry, no thanks. Just give me the actual cake and I'm good, which is exactly what UT offers. If you get one freshly made it comes out very warm which is nice, but you can also put it in the fridge to cool it and it's even better that way.
