James gives a shout out every episode so I have to imagine some issue arising from him doing that led to this decision. I wonder if, given how much money James is making, people were identifying and contacting the people he was writing shout outs to or something.

I need to know who I should root for / enjoy snide Alex when a story is SO boring he says "OK!" in the middle of it while moving to the next person.
If you don't know the answer. What's the harm? I only ever see them when the contestant can't even be arsed to throw up an educated guess
There was literally a person on a few months ago whose story was that she had TWO BEST FRIENDS.
Someone else's story recently was that they were married for 20-something years. Congrats?
The guy who's currently winning all the time did a shoutout to his daughter by matching his bet amount with her birthday, on her birthday.
I thought that was very sweet.
