I was wondering why Ban Puncher's post suddenly started to make sense.
For real.

I bought it twice, where's my TF3 :("If you wanted Titanfall 3, you should've bought Titanfall 2!!!"
I'm assuming that those who want Titanfall 3 did buy 2. Tired of seeing this on Twitter, Reddit and here.
Cause Paradox doesnt care. Both are more niche games than Imperator. Why did it have to be 9 days before Anno and 2 days before Mortal Kombat!
I'm sorry, what? In what universe is Mortal Kombat a more niche game than a PC only strategy game?Cause Paradox doesnt care. Both are more niche games than Imperator.
Because it's easier to remove store page and make the game exclusive to epic store few weeks before the release date if you don't have preorders available.Man, there's a handful of games I'd pre-order today with this 5 dollar deal if I could. Why do so many publishers/devs wait until the day of release so people can purchase their games? Especially when you can pre-order the console version on sites like Amazon.

Well, this is a PC thread, not a general gaming one for starters. So my posts have to be taken into consideration with that background. On the other hand, fighting games are generally niche in all platforms.I'm sorry, what? In what universe is Mortal Kombat a more niche game than a PC only strategy game?
You offer a pig to to the gods, and take an oracle on its charred remains. If the gods be gracious, it'll spell out the SLI compatibility bits to use.

CK2 has been at the 1$ tier of many HB now.Oh another paradox bund-
Crusader Kings 2 for $1?!?!?!

It was free for some time in 2018 😜
Is Ghost Recon Wildlands worth it if im only really going to play it solo? its at £14.69 which seems cheap.
CK2 has sold between 3-5 million copies. And considering DLC, I can see it having a higher revenue than Mortal Kombat (and clearly a lot more than Mortal Kombat in PC).Great to finally see a bundle of games more mainstram that Mortal Kombat

It depends on you. The missions get repetitive and playing with others can alleviate the tedium, but if your the kind of person that isn't bothered by that then yeah you can have plenty of fun solo.
I really wish steam would quit giving me booster packs for games whose cards cant be bought or sold on the market place. Even turning them into gems means it will take 5 years just to buy another card pack I can use.
LEFT ALIVE in one month. (March 5th)
Pre-ordered that bad boy. My dark horse for top-10 of 2019. ;)
Low budget game that they are selling for full price.SE sent Left Alive to die in March.
How can you release a low budget game in the same month of Total War, DMC, Sekiro and The Division 2

2 of those 3 I've heard of and are interested in. A definite Yay from me.

Well, it says "on your first purchase above $30", so I assumed as much.Wait, so the $5 off has to all be one purchase? I bought $20 worth of stuff yesterday but now the bar at the bottom is not filled at all.

Looking at the latest Humble Bundle is pure comedy. Paradox Bundle 2019, featuring such things as...
-El Dorado at 12$
Obviously Mortal Kombat is a mainstream franchise, always moves a few million copies per entry on consoles and it's undoubtedly a much bigger name in the industry. But if we're strictly talking about the PC audience he's probably not wrong that Imperator: Rome will have a bigger presence. Fighting games aren't that big on the platform and MK is likely smaller than any modern Paradox title, seeing as their most recent games (CK2, EU4, HOI4, Stellaris) are all million sellers, have much higher average and peak numbers, in addition to selling a ton of DLC.
Imperator is tracking really high and iirc it's the biggest game Paradox has ever developed internally, unless it turns out to be a dud (previews have been largely positive so far) it's bound to be the biggest game their internal studios ever put out.
Maybe refund and buy again. Not sure if the hassle is worth $5 though. Especially if you want to play now.
