Ah I didn't realise there was such a small difference actually, whoops. In terms of price it is £10 (~$13), so nothing terrible at least. Is there any real difference in overclock capacity?
In terms of the cooler, I'm actually getting that one for my wife to use with my old components - I have an old beast of a cooler -
Noctua NH-D14 which I am hoping to use on the new build (if it fits!), and if the fittings have changed since I got it 10years ago then the new cooler should hopefully have the right bits to switch - if not I will probably RMA and go with stock cooler based on both your advice.
