Oyakodon (Chicken and Egg Bowl) because it's super filling and fairly easy to make, the only stuff you need is eggs, chicken, soy sauce and Mirin
There are a billion ways to make this dish- I own Morimoto's cookbook, and his version doesn't even use onions(or sake)! i tend to put a bunch of green onions on it when it's done cooking myselfI make this dish quite a lot with leftover chicken. Every recipe I've used also calls for Sake too, which is usually the one ingredient I'm missing when I want to make it. I also like a bit of Shichimi on top, and some pickled ginger for some acid if I have it.
