My guess, regarding the protection angle, timing, etc. Is that they are trying to set the dominoes up to get him to flip on people. Now if he gets off to easy or comes off light in someway peeps are going to think he sang regardless.

Isn't the simplest answer as to why the FBI warned him and then arrested him is that their wiretap showed his life was in danger and it was their duty to warn him? I mean it would be a terrible look if he was murdered while under investigation and they could've stopped it. And following that, with the cat out of the bag, there was nothing left to do but pick him up.

Yeah.

Despite his alleged loyalty, Longyear described how 6ix9ine almost became a victim himself this weekend after what he said on the Breakfast Club.

"They wanted to violate him," the prosecutor explained, in reference to his former team members. "They wanted to 'super violate' him."

Longyear said the term "super violate" meant to perform a "violent act, including shooting him."

Fearing for his life, authorities picked 6ix9ine up at his home Saturday and brought him to FBI headquarters for his protection. They didn't arrest him, though — and instead offered to keep the rapper safe. But he refused their help and eventually signed a waiver, allowing for his release, according to Longyear.

Authorities eventually took 6ix9ine into custody on Sunday after learning of a trip he was planning to take to Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.

"There could [have been] a random shooting," Longyear noted, explaining that the feds didn't want any innocent bystanders to get caught in the crossfire, should there be an attempt on 6ix9ine's life.

He cannot spell "Takeshi", that alone was worthy of prison.
Pedophilia, racketeering and murder is just icing on the shit-cake.

Id be tight if someone took my 1.5M...

But yeah this guy was really trying to be bout that life even when people constantly told him not to court it. Reap what you sow and all that. Plenty more sound cloud rappers where that came from.

I mean yea in the grand scheme of things it hardly makes him untouchable. He got the most to lose, so if he does get a lighter sentence it's all from snitching.

Idk man Mexicans got it bad in America, maybe not as bad as blacks but it's really close. I do think he might get between 3-10 years max.

Guessing his time as King of NY didn't last long. Also weird in retrospect that this happens after a song that features Bobby Shmurda

If this guy deserves time then he should do it. Having said that if he gets out he better finally take advice and lay low. He's going to end up dead a this rate and obviously no one deserves that.

It's not because he ain't black. He's Mexican, so he's still a minority and in the eyes of the judicial system they don't care either way.

He'll get off because he can buy some great lawyers to finesse a plea deal, and he's got those tricycle mufuckas to take the fall for him.

All the prison systems care about is people in jails to generate money. It doesn't matter who is in them.

Y'all funny. This kid has RICO charges, that carries extra modifiers on it. Talking like he's facing little state stuff and like he's got screw with the Feds money. He has zero dollars as far as the govt. is concerned. They will spend more than 2 million on legal assistants for this case and they have a 99.7% conviction rate. He's toast, shit they stuck him in genpop,

John Gotti calls bullshit on that

RICO is serious shit and 69 is in deep shit unless he has something federal prosecutors want in exchange for having the hope to see the light of day again.

Pretty sure they are legally obligated to warn him. I don't follow hiphop as much as I used to, but this is pretty crazy. Sounds like this guy was wilding out. Also, is it like a thing nowadays that to be a rapper you have to have a bunch of face tattoos?

Yup, exactly. People in here are talking like he's some affluent white boy who got picked up for having a dime-bag. It's RICO charges. Clownboy is done, the only question is just how "done" he is.

yea a lot of yall in here not realizing what he's actually facing. The denied him bail and stuck him in genpop. I bet people are waiting to get at his ass in there alone.

That said. Of course some plea deals will be copped, but eh he's still facing serious time.

I see a few mentions, but I'm kind of surprised more people aren't mentioning he seems to have literally been on probation from a pedophilia case, even if he WEREN'T involved in crazy gang stuff.
