So technically, no... porn is not banned, and gay sex cannot be prosecuted by state officials; but if challenged and overturned - state by state you could see differing scenarios and in some cases (parts of south and midwest) you would see local and state officials throw people in jail for engaging in gay sex - even in the privacy of your own home, with consenting adults. That is absolutely a possibility.
