That's odd, it's not working...Highlight game then press Control+Alt+E
(doesn't work on the built-in games)
Oh well, I guess I'll settle for Retroarch, thanks!Ive had the english version work but when entering battle and two characters get far enough to split the screen the gfx become a total mess. I just settled on playing it with Retroarch.
For some reason it only works when I hold down control and alt before pressing E.
Am I the only one who sees some sort of... shall we say... coincidence?
So marvelous got fixed due to someone buying the game right? What other games do we gotta buy to make things happen?
After reading the original post here, I'm still marginally on the fence about doing this.. Is there a way of re-flashing this (safely) back to default usage if anything goes wrong? If so, how?! May it be an idea to add that to the OP?
Genesis games need to be launched with the /bin/md command. Sometimes Genesis games are bundled in other formats, such as .bin, and hakchi adds them with the /bin/bin command.
If you change the command it solves the issue. Or you can change the format of the games themselves to .md and add them again.

Can someone confirm if Tengai Makyou Zero works on the mini without messing up other roms?

Yes, you just choose "uninstall" from hakchi2 and it does just that using your original kernel dump. It's why you dump the original kernel and it says to never lose this file. You can just use hakchi to restore from that file and it will be as if nothing happened.
This is the entirety of the missing VC library. By missing I mean we are missing its Preset ID in a strong educated guess form, and/or a dump of the VC ROM at all to know if it has a unique VC build that commonly contains a VC hack, PCM audio, or a never before released on cartridge v1.1+ of the ROM. Naturally, we are "missing" anything on the Preset ID list that isn't a 100% confirmed guess too, but much of the list can be guessed with a high degree of accuracy. The following list are the exceptions to that.

Though not essential, for the sake of full documentation I will nab both Pop'n TwinBee Rainbow Bell Adventures (E-PAL) and Demon's Crest (E-PAL).

It only works in Retroarch, but getting it working doesn't break other ROMs.

It worries me that I need to uninstall the snes9x core. Do I really need to uninstall the old core?
"Step 7. Uninstall the old snes9x2010 core from your SNES Classic using the uninstall mods menu."
"Step 8. Install your new snes9x_10_25_17 mod to your SNES Classic using the install mods menu."
Also one of the comments on that reddit claims some roms aren't working anymore with that new core.
Yeah, probably the best for now. This is why I don't really "support" Retroarch in here much. It's pretty much a use-at-your-own-risk kinda thing.
Honestly, if you have any other device capable of running Far East of Eden, I would suggest using that instead.
Oh ok, do I also need to do something else for the game to work? (changing command lines?)You can have both cores installed and just use one core for that one game.
Well SNES9x on the PC had to be modified to get it running too. Only higan would run it properly at first. I don't believe any other emulators yet run it. I think it was because of the real-time clock it uses.

Hey~ Cisce had PM'd me a bit earlier (should we know each others time zones?). The proverbial ball is in motion.
Ok, thought so.Yes. This has been asked and answered many times in this thread. See if you can search for it. You either modify the command line to specifically load with that core, or you enter the Retroarch's options (Start+Select) and do it from there.
Damn dude stole my thunder
Well buy Last Bible 3 then if you can, just in case

Just send another code to ThorHammerstein but since Rudras is already covered I have no big wish for the moment.
So feel free to pick from the list whatever seems most urgent.
Gotcha. :)
So what about a main PM for this project?
Also, just finished up with Last Bible III.
I have Cron 's code for the next title... I guess Super Chinese World if I'm just going down the list.
