If internet detectives with too much time on their hands can track unknowns down within a couple of days then the government with their comparatively infinite resources probably already know where this famous and recognizeable person by now and are enroute to serve this fool.
It was a selfie of rudy with a bunch of people and the text said if the authorities of Arizona can not locate him before tomorrow they need to drop the charges and state they can not count votes.
The tweet was basically him bragging about evading the summons, claiming if they can't find him by tomorrow morning they have to give up (and also admit the vote count was fraudulent?), with a picture of everyone he is hiding with, hanging out in the place where he is hiding. lol
