3 was always more action oriented than 2 simply because Nemesis was more of a threat. Mr. X would walk after you but Nemesis would HAUL ASS

Nemesis have been Mr. X in stereoids since the original game. I bet the game introduced in the series the quick turn only for Nemesis, because otherwise would be a pain in the ass lol
