It's not a souls game. You should have said From's gamesSouls games tend to operate on the endings where nothing got fixed

Hope so, that was definitely my favourite, and the game that could exist beyond that is the most interesting. What happened to cut the dragon free and what is that place like now hah
DS 1 2 and 3 operate on "yeah so the ending to DS1 just kept happening over and over forever until the last couple of dudes to do it said "fuck it" and bailed"
Metal Wolf Chaos doesn't end like this. Only the ones with Souls-like formats do
Shura ending needs to be canon. Imagine fighting Wolf consumed by it as a secret boss in Sekiro 2.

Could always do a Buddha type flash sideways area where this happens without making it cannonShura ending needs to be canon. Imagine fighting Wolf consumed by it as a secret boss in Sekiro 2.

Yeah pretty much. Someone had to link the flame in DS1 for DS3 to happenso you are telling me that the canon ending for DS1 is where the age of fire was extended?

Linking the flame is nothing getting fixed. That world operates on an endless cycle of misery. It's like putting flex tape on a water leak
Why do you say that
iirc, linking the flame just moved the problems down the line
It did.

Holy shit... that'd be so incredible and chilling. I love the Shura ending for how incredibly dark and chilling it is.Shura ending needs to be canon. Imagine fighting Wolf consumed by it as a secret boss in Sekiro 2.
I lol'ed
Only the souls games ever had sequels to determine which ending was canon and they picked the one that allowed them to make a sequel, not the one "where nothing got fixed". In sekiro's case, the ending OP mentioned is the one that most obviously gives room for a sequel.Souls games tend to operate on the endings where nothing got fixed
But flex tape is the best way to stop a leakLinking the flame is nothing getting fixed. That world operates on an endless cycle of misery. It's like putting flex tape on a water leak
Care to elaborate on what makes it so obviously Korean instead of just smugly declaring this?...why are folks assuming China when the dragon is obviously Korean in origin?
A quick google search seems to show it's because of the type of dragon and the sword it carries, but it's debatable since it could be both.Care to elaborate on what makes it so obviously Korean instead of just smugly declaring this?

I see. Totally obvious. Everyone clearly should know this....The sword, specifically, as well as the number of digits for its hands.

:p
Obviously, it's just West Japan and all this speculation is going to have been pointless.Heh, fair enough. Just seems odd that folks would immediately assume "China". I'd like to think the sword in particular makes the origin rather obvious, and it's not like the dragon is a perfect match for Chinese depicted dragons, either.
