PSA: The Outer Worlds preload on PC is finally up

My game is preloading on Windows 10 store. If you have already installed the 10MB thing, just go back and re-do the install again.

Size is 37 gigs.

Nope, but it is available via Game Pass on both Xbox and PC, so you have access to both versions if you have an Ultimate sub.

At least for me DL speeds varied a lot yesterday, going down as much as 50% of the usual speed, could be from servers getting hammered downloading this?
