Welp, tried it out with two people. No way to actually invite and play the game with friends at all. This is a travesty. I can't understand how fighting games can possibly release in 2019 without a very simple friend invite system. Dead or Alive 6 and now this.

This is probably the only stick that meets all those criteria. You'd probably want to change the buttons. And the stick itself. Which would cost you more.
I can't comment on the actual quality of the stick though. I use this for Switch, which I can recommend, but it's over $100 and doesn't work with PS4. You could also buy the PS4 version and get a converter for Switch.
There's a wireless version of the Mayflash too specifically designed for wireless on Switch. I think it can physically connect as well

Quality. Typical fightsticks on the market tend to use Sanwa or Hori Hayabusa buttons and sticks. Their quality is known and they are considered the standard.
I'm not really sure what the buttons and stick on that fightstick are. When I was looking for my first stick, people told me to spend a bit more and get a stick with proven quality, otherwise I might just be harming my first experience. I'm glad I listened.
I'm assuming there's no game specific account associated with the game, which would explain why there are no lobbies (due to cross-play) ? Still, they could at least just do normal lobbies.

Got my Switch CE code at 7PM PST, but still can't redeem yet. Maybe at 9AM PST when the eShop updates.

Also the last PR show I watched was Power Rangers In Space so I'd love to see more villians like Ecliptor or one of the Psycho Rangers(Red probs) in the future....especially Ecliptor since he was dope.

Honestly with how varied move sets are between rangers and villains, there shouldn't be many, if any, clones.

There's this quite negative Xbox review so far, although I'm not sure how much stock to put into it considering a major criticism is "no online playerbase" when the game hasn't even officially launched for most people yet.
Literally everything about this review is laughable. It's like a parody of terrible fighting game reviews, except it's actually real.
Comparing the story mode in a budget, $20 fighter to that of Mortal Kombat, the fighting game series with arguably the largest budget.

I have a theory with the codes that don't work. They seem to be for the deluxe edition. On the XBL shop (haven't looked on eShop) there is a store item for the base game, and a store item for the season pass, but not a store item for "Digital Collector's Reward Bundle" and I think that's where it's messing up, aside from the $5 Power Ranger Mark tax we paid for buying that bundle.

yes. Fox owned any original characters made specifically for the movie. Ooze, Oozemen, Dulcea, Fred (lol), Hornitor and Scorpitron. I'm sure Disney will never use them again but I can't imagine anyone putting forth the effort to reclaim them. Though Hasbro has more than enough money to buy back Ooze and his lackeys if they wanted to.
