They even say they know expectations are high and will try to match those expectations. The suggestion that they are trying to lower expectations to anything like a 3DS up-port doesn't seem to follow from that video imo.
People are acting toward these games like I acted toward Solo - pessimistically ane not-so-secretly wanting it to fail. Solo may have been ill conceived from the start but there are definitely reasons to believe these games will be more polished than some of you are expecting. It doesn't need to be a BotW artistic mastery to be a rewarding game.

one "leaker" says 2018, the other says 2019. No idea who to believe anymore so I am gonna wait for the official confirmation. Shouldn't be too long anymore anyways.
Basically, current flow of information heavily points to a direct announcement today. The actual reveal will be before Thursday, though. That seems for sure, at this point.

I do think somewhere today, since the thing should be announced before that tv show airs, so before the end of wednesday in US/EU.
The game is releasing this year. He's not saying that Let's GO will release in 2019 but more than the 2019 game should be more hype (and as it will likely be a Gen 9 game, it makes sense).
Many people are predicting either an unveil today or tomorrow, or a Pokémon Direct announcement for a Pokémon Direct featuring the unveil either tomorrow or Thursday.
The fact it's the three post-Gen 2 Eeveelutions should maybe put fears to rest that the game will just be the original 151, at least. Would be weird to market the Eeveelutions you wouldn't be able to get.

I haven't seen anyone even slightly credible say 2019 will be the next game we get.
Then I guess it's time to get hyped!! But if there is nothing today again....I'll cry for hours.
The TCG only follows the games very loosely.
Last month a Johto legendaries box came put for the TCG for instance.
i didnt say nothing is coming out this year, actually 2 Pokemon games for the switch coming this year, but next year is more exciting ;)
The one I am quoted "king zell". Iiirc he is also a leaker that drops some hints here and there. If I understood it correctly he is saying that the game won't come out this year. But apparently I misunderstood him.

Sounds like he's the only leaker saying this, so It's everybody vs. 1 person. Guess that means that the games are releasing this year, huh?
Not Pokémon of the Wild, necessarily. Just that GF were impressed and a little shook by Mario & Zelda's return to form. This could easily fall in that camp, or at least be baby steps for it.
