i've always been a bit scared to give Slay the Spire a shot because i'm unfamiliar with card based games, but considering how well it's liked i might give it a go. i'll give SpongeBob a look too. been thoroughly enjoying Sackboy as a change of pace after Elden Ring and another pleasant platformer will fit the bill nicely.
Do the PlayStation Blog team like Sid, Justin, and Kristin choose these or something? Even though Slay the Spire is quite old they were just going on recently about it on their podcast and now here it winds up on PS+. That can't be a coincidence.

This, at 1,746 hours and probably another 1,000 hours to go before I finish everything. I've found myself up at 3AM with a just more one run plan.
Slay the spire is not only a great game but one that after I tried it and got hooked on it, I showed a friend one night and we played for an hour before he went home. Next day I get a phone call from him where he just said "fuck you and your card games, I had to buy it last night when I got home and I've been hooked on it all day" haha. It's genuinely a fun time.

Maybe, this relaunch of their services can't come soon enough. Current ones are mess. Always found it weird how long they kept both services without any changes.
Nice. Bikini Bottom is the perfect kind of game for PS+. Hood is a game that I was interested in when it launched as well but it seems to have died off really quickly. Maybe PS+ will revitalize it. I already have Slay The Spire but that is one of the best games that I have played in recent years so there's nothing to complain about this month.
Weirdly a good month for me. I've always had a passing interest in picking up Slay the Spire and SpongeBob but never wanted to actually pull the trigger on dropping cash for them.
Play Slay the Spire, everyone. That game is fucking amazing. The art isn't very good (that's easily my biggest negative), but if you look past it, you'll discover one of the best deck builders and rogue-lites ever made. It's in my top three.
