Why is everything about this game so awefully communicated? Is this XBOX version of announcing the Wii U?

It's maddening that Halo once was XBOX's biggest IP and now it's this glorious train wreck where everything was already spoiled by marketing campaigns of food and toy companies last year and leaving the whole single player story in the multiplayer beta. Might as well burn the whole thing down...

Halo will be fine as long as the game is good.

If it's an open beta that lasts until the full release and carries progression over into the final game, then I think that would count as Team Real winning. However, it'd have to meet both of those requirements. If the beta ends sooner than then or wipes progression at the end, I don't think that counts. Others are free to chime in and say if that sounds fair or not though.

I'm definitely waiting for more opinions but maybe Happy Craig vs Sad/Cynical Craig?

I don't care much about Halo, but it seems something major about Halo is dropping tomorrow so #TeamReal

I'd have gone for "Knew there was no need to be upset" For team real myself, as corny as that is 🤷‍♂️

Edit: Maybe something more familiar to the fans:
"Was/wasn't blinded by Halo's majesty" depending on which team wins
