That was bad. Really bad. I'm no expert in frying chicken but I've done my fair share and literally everything about this is wrong.
People are largely ignorant of what meats are safe at what temps(and why)
We had a whole thread about this, its not great sanitary procedure but its done everyday in millions of houses, its not going to kill them.

Also people "washing chicken with water" smh. Like reasonable if people wanna use like vinegar and lemon thats totally fine add some taste to the meat, but water? Lol

I haven't watched the video, but the simplest reason that people want to wash the pink juice off their chicken is because the pink juice is gross. Why else?

Honestly, I'm one of the last people anyone would want as a cook or as a kitchen helper, but even I know that you have to season the chicken before you cook it or fry it.

With how uncooked the chicken is, salmonella will probably be the problem.
That mystery had me completely locked out of noticing anything happening in the video until she started pouring salt into the oil. Brought me right back into the "This video is meant to be the crazy part"
I would amend that to "never show the internet how you do anything you don't know how to do".
That video is what's wrong with the internet; teaching people how to do things wrong and sharing "knowledge". That chicken is food poisoning waiting to happen.
Season the fries and let them sit for a while to absorb the spices, what she did is turning the seasoning into little coal particles
Probably because it doesn't work. All you'd do is build a horrible powder crust on the chicken and add no flavor to the actual meat itself.
It's like the time I tried to make a steak marinade from scratch without using a recipe and used too much oil and the marinade turned into a literal paprika-infused gel that caught fire inside of my grill.
