Was there even a script in Feig's reboot? The problem was that it was really more of a series of improvised skits than a coherent film.

Feig really wasted the talent that he had on hand.

That said, the updated remix of the theme song was solid. Hopefully that gets a proper release at some point.

Agreed. No way they go with the title "Ghostbusters 2020" GB20 is just the hashtag people use when it was first announced.
Edit: Guess they did call it Ghostbusters 2020. Bummer.

The teaser had more authentic Ghostbusters in it in 50 seconds than that Feig shite had in the whole thing.



Such a shame that talentless, bootlicking hack wasted such a great cast.

Please don't call it Ghostbusters 2020 though.

That's exactly what it was. I re-watched it a couple of months ago, and each bit is a bad SNL skit that didn't know when to end.

Honestly, it was less the script's fault and more Feig forcing hours upon hours upon hours of improv while filming and just taking the bits he liked. An actual script would've made the movie way better because you have to use improv tactically, you can't just scattershot it constantly and hope to create a consistent tone or feel.
