Probably going the series that I finally upgrade from my trusty old GTX 970 which has/continues to be a champ. Now let's hope they bring down those prices!

Last year I built my first new PC in like 10 years and got 1080 as a temporary card. I'm super pumped to finally keep up with PC gaming now. Looking forward to reading analyses and opinions to help me decide which of the new GPUs will be right for me.
my 980 ti served me well for 5 years (and i could probably still use it a lot, but i want raytracing and DLSS)!

That would be awesome but what could they possibly improve on? Are we going to be running games at 320x240 and DLSSing our way to 8K?
RTX 3080 might be the sweet spot, leaves room to upgrade.

I read a rumour that DLSS 3.0 is automatically enabled if a game has TAA option. Probably not true but something like that would be cool.
NVIDIA's next-gen Ampere DLSS 3.0 could work on ANY game that uses TAA
NVIDIA DLSS 3.0 could work with any game, and would be a huge silver bullet for AMD's Big Navi 'NVIDIA Killer' when it launches.

I mean, you joke, but Nvidia would certainly try to frame it that way if they could reach anything in that ballpark lol.
3070 = 2080 Ti
3060 = 2080 Super
if the 3060 can't match next gen consoles, that'd be a black mark on Nvidia
Ideally making it easier to implement, with less effort required from the devs. Improvements to image quality and such would be a nice bonus.
