Right, so if they announce N64 games are coming then it might be in a Direct but they won't tell us about a few new SNES/NES games.
I could only maybe see snes games being announced if it was a big drop of a ton of games, including some major ones.
It's nice in Europe because they are on during the day if I was in the US and had the day off I'm not getting up at 9 to watch the direct.

so? the game was developed ENTIRELY around the wii u hardware. the switch can go well beyond what we've seen in breath of the wild.

Nintendo went on record saying that BOTW was not optimized that much for switch at all. It's a WiiU game

In some areas it's really awful framerate wise, i thought that in year or so EPD can make a decent port but it was Wii U first so it was difficult, can't wait to see improvements in botw2.
it was by TOSE if i'm not mistaken. but they don't get credited in games they work on (by choice).
May have got their help as well (and many other companies) but the port was also handled internally by EPD.
I've never played a Golden Sun game, and I don't have much interest in the series, but I would love to get one on the Switch if only to appease the suffering fanbase.
It was stated in an interview by Takahashi that XB2 was never in development for WiiU. As well as that, the game went into full development in 2015 after the TX1 was out and had probably been selected for Switch.
I would take a new Golden Sun over a new Donkey Kong, tbh. Golden Sun has been gone for over a decade, Donkey Kong got another game not too long ago.
there's no way in 2015 they knew about the switch future specs. it was in development with PC tools.

They're alright I guess. The original games I mean. Dark Dawn is the most cookie cutter RPG ever. Its not bad. Its not good either. It just exists.
I hope so. Even just to hear that assrock soundtrack again, it was so good.

The first two games are excellent. THose and LoZ OoT/MM/BotW are the only few games that love to come back and play it again. Plus, it aged pretty well, considering its from the 2000s.
