Wouldn't have been overturned. They might if he knocked his hand down, but they wouldn't for a hand on the chest.
Which is even funnier that this is a rule thats allowed to be challenged. "Yes you can challenge PI but were only going to reverse it 1% of the time, even when blatant PI has occurred".

You turn any one of those field goals into a touchdown instead and the character of the game at this point is quite different. Especially so knowing that you have Rodgers on the other side and knowing what he's done at the end of games before. If you expected to go into Green Bay and win while holding them to less than 20 points, you'd be kidding yourself.
If the staff want to claim that their offense is improved, if Stafford wants to claim to be an elite quarterback, if the Lions want to prove that they're a worthy playoff contender and not a fraud, you score more than one touchdown, and you win this game. And if you can't do that, no amount of whining about ref calls is going to justify it when we've had as many chances as we've had in the game that weren't taken advantage of.
They don't want to get called for a phantom hands to the face.
We were on the receiving end last week against the Cowboys with some calls that were even worse than this game

Although I do think there's a larger conversation here because the officiating as a whole this year has been subpar despite having full time officials
