ND Teasing New Last of Us 2 Updates Today

In less than an hour I'm guessing.
I don't know anything, but I'm guessing we should temper our expectations a bit. We all want factions, but there's just as much of a chance that they just announce some cross media stuff, merchandise, etc.
Factions would be amazing but it hasn't been that long since the release tbh, I'd prefer the devs to have had some time off.
I'm not sure what other options they could possibly add but I'd be most excited to hear of a new patch / add-ons / unlockables / features.
While I'm wishing for things, I'll also take a patch similar to days gone, which reduced the file size of the install by a considerable percentage.

Probably wishful thinking but I'd take a patch of TLOU 1 @ native 4k, high quality shadows and unlocked frame rate.
I am dying for PS5 gameplay. Tbh, I want to see that more than Factions. Not a huge multiplayer person.
Merch stuff already announced, the vinyl and the posters go up in 24 mins... totally not stalking the site...
Come on release the multiplayer TODAY.
I hope they retain what made the original so good, my worry is that they screw it up somehow.

Well, Neil was very adamant that there wouldn't be DLC of any kind so I wouldn't expect any sort of story content.
When are we gonna pick some international time that everyone just uses? I mean internationally not on Era.
I put 2 of those times into Google and they both came out as 35 minute ago.
There are ways that could be a lie. I bet Sony execs would classify Uncharted Lost Legacy or Miles Morales as DLC.
ND has also been clear on no expansion though. But Era loves to not hear devs.
But he don't want to tell a important part of the story outside of the main game, because many people will just ignore it. So doubt :/

I`d be fine with that. I just want some info on if and when it`s happening. And I would love to see some ingame footage or at least a trailer.
He said both. Lost Legacy was meant to be a short dlc thing that got out of hand and they don't want that to happen again.

I'm not expecting any DLC etc but always thought it was weird that they got Jeffrey Wright in the game and then he's barely in it. Really thought that was laying the groundwork for DLC when I played it first.

Neil has said that Isaac had a bigger role but they ended up cutting it for pacing.
Abby isn't really a spoiler without context. She is literally the first character we ever saw in game.
