What sort of kids went to your school?

She looks like this:

The little fuzzies on her sweater bother me way too much.

Her boob exploded at a hockey game the other day cause it got hit by a puck.

This is all I have to contribute to a thread that is somehow still not locked.

I don't blame her for not wanting to be stigmatized. She's probably had to deal with skeevy men way more than we can imagine and usually sees the tells.

I think it's kinda telling how in the conversation here, there's a subtle shift on how she's talked about because she was a pornstar.

Sex work is a job/career. Just because you're taped having sex, doesn't mean you want people to talk to you in a jock-ish/immature way. Specially not when you're going through a breast implant rupture recovery.

A woman being a sex worker is NOT an invitation to segue into sexual commentary just because that was her former employment.

Bruv, she is a Trump supporter? Who gives a fuck about her then.

Middle Eastern pornstar that supports Trump. Makes complete sense.

Happens very commonly. Few reach the level of notoriety Mia achieved, but most actresses are in and out of the business in a gnat's age.

.

Which is absolutely valid. However, she wasn't getting mad at the host for being immature, she got mad at them mentioning the profession.

It's gotta suck trying to shed that part of your past and move on when it's literally the only thing everyone knows about you.
I imagine most other girls who only did porn for a few months don't have this same sort of issue since they never got this huge.

But then again she's gotta be ready to own it and just dismiss it, or talk about it in regards to her future because it's never not going to get brought up. No matter what she does. Like think about even people like Fatal1ty, it almost doesn't even matter what he does now because he's always gonna be "that kid who won a lot of money in esports".

Not a lot of Arab girls in the porn industry, she joined a field with zero competition for her niche.
This. Generally conservative backgrounds and islamophobia leading to the industry using Latinas wearing hijabs to pass as Arab women. So when she debuted she became quite the novelty.

What about stopping to use your porn name to distance from that life?

It reminds me of this book I read about the Beanie Baby fad. A guy made a fortune writing an unofficial "price guide" book for Beanie Babies. Now decades later, he is embarrassed by the whole fad and refuses to talk about it, even though that book got him a mansion and whatnot. As the author puts it, he wants you to know he's famous, but never wants you to ask why.

Do you not realize how awkward and creepy* your posts come off in this thread?
I never got the women's appeal cause she looks underage, and am surpised I'm only one with that thought.

Its not like I'm saying im glad she looks young, or that she does a bunch of school girl step sister fetish tapes. Its contrary to that.

Weird thing to get mad about considering she still uses her porn alias. She's basically still doing adult modeling on her Patreon too, just non-nude.

I saw the video, and he didn't say anything out of line. Even at one point, praising how multi-faceted she is.

But it must be incredibly frustrating to be pigeon-holed into the whole "pornstar" stereotype as though your worth is tied to how well you can take a dick.

Then she need to stop using her porn name to help distance herself from her former porn career. She will always been know for her porn, but she isn't helping herself by continuing to use her porn alias. She's trying to have her cake and eat it too. She want to use the fame her porn career provided her, but she doesn't want to be linked to that industry. That isn't how it works.

She's no Sasha Grey, who has gone on to act in films, TV shows, and volunteer since ending her porn career a while back. At this point, it would be unnecessary to introduce Sasha as "former porn star." Mia Khalifa, though? That still seems pretty appropriate.

And smh at her being Republican. Conservative porn stars will never cease to perplex me.

Sasha's awesome. Here she is talking about Trump

"It really is surreal," she says of the election result. "It's scary. The most disappointing thing, for me, is that as a society—as a country—we've all become intellectually lazy. That's why this is happening. People are not looking into things they post and share, especially on social media, so they're spreading ignorance and false truths, are blind to the reality of what's going on, and then voting for false promises. People can then argue, 'Oh, that's the way it's always been,' but no. This is very different." "People were blind to the most obvious thing: he's not making a country for you, he's making a country for himself. And now he's appointed a cabinet that's entirely the 1 percent." She chuckles. "I'm laughing because I'm really fucking nervous."

I just saw that article. Apparently the doctor said that the puck hitting her breast implant likely saved her life.

That's insane.

If getting hit in the chest by a hockey puck was that deadly, I imagine there would be a lot more dead hockey players, referees, and spectators. That sounds like something that may have been tacked on to the story to give it a little bit of flair.

To be fair to her, the host of the show spent like 2 minutes going on and on about her porn career, giving an anecdote about another porn actress who was at a basketball game, and only really seemed interested in framing her career in sports as a former adult star. Then after his long intro about her former career instead of her current one, he says "so anyway, tell us about the time your boob implant ruptured." He clearly had no interest in talking to her about sports.

I'd be pissed too.

She's not even popular because porn.

She's popular because Drake tried to fuck her and failed, and she told the whole world about it for clout.

She's been getting clowned by professional athletes ever since.

"She isn't helping herself"

She isn't helping herself do what, exactly?

She doesn't need to discard her "porn name". People need to stop acting like porn is some mark on her career or that just because she was a pornstar for three whole months, it means that's the correct way to segue into an interview about how her boob exploded.

Respect sex workers. Former or otherwise. Their existences don't revolve around their sex work 24/7 and if she's not currently doing porn, or doesn't want to keep talking about that aspect of her career, then respect that as well.

While I can't find a link in here, I do believe they're talking about an impant that ruptured after being hit by a hockey puck.

No need to white knight, we're not shaming her for her work, she's doing that herself. If she, herself doesn't like that the alias she created to act in porn is still associated with porn, she shouldn't use it or do something else so the name can be associated with that instead.

I meant to put 16-17 but apparently everyone isnt creeped out by her like I am

I don't know guess its a me issue
If you're gonna be weirded out by a porn actress looking underage then Mia Khalifa is really far down that list, "petite" girls are really fashion right now which is fine, but there's also a tendency to really lean into it by having them dress and behave in a specific way.

As this has become a discussion about her popularity.

I thought it was always due to her making a movie where she wore a hijab. This caused a bit of controversy iirc.

Anyway. She shouldn't be surprised with discussion going that way. She'll always be more known for her porn. She was at the Olympic stadium a few weeks ago (West Ham's stadium) and the talk around Stratford was more concerned with a porn star being present - no one really talked of her as a sports pundit. She also appeared on arsenal fan tv iirc.

She has done little to distance herself from her former career so not sure why the attitude. The scenes she is most famous for are white supremacist wet dream delivered in porn. "Muslim Girl" Gets dicked by "Badboy American" who not only dicks her but even dicks her mom at the same time.

If anything she has tried to use her former career as a launching point in other areas. She made a move into the Twitch Space though she did not have anywhere near the dedication to make it last. That said she brought in huge amounts of viewers etc. solely based on the fact of what she did before twitch.

I never saw the appeal in the couple of videos that popped up while browsing and now knowing she seems to be a die hard Trump supporter pretty much quashes anything positive I may have thought about her. She also seems like arrogant asshole in some of the twitter/instgram posts I've seen since she left porn.

She obviously didnt tell anyone she didnt want it mentioned, and how is it disrespecting sex workers to point out they are in, or were in, the industry. Treating it like its no big deal is respect. She acted like a fool.

You don't know me. Either address me with basic respect or don't address me at all.

For starters, not with accusations.
