Once the deal with Netflix fell to pieces probably yes. But they may or may not regard it as "not canon" so much as they will freely reuse actors from it as different characters.
I look forward to the retcon scene where Cottonmouth gets bitten on his way to the hospital or the morgue and suddenly becomes Blade.

Well if it doesn't fare well, it will be due to super hero fatigue. But we all know what the alt right shitheads are going to blame.
You couldn't ask for a more intense, intimidating looking motherfucker packed into a sleight frame. Which is what I always think when I think of Blade.
