Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me.
Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me.
I wanna know who the combat designers were on this game because they're brilliant!
im tickled that THQ owns the IP because I loved this game!!
I like you lol.Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Guys. Guys. This is awesome. I love Kingdoms of Amalur. It took me in and gave me shelter after Skyrim turned out to be a bald-faced lie.
So excited.
It was basically kind of like Dragon's Dogma, but with worse... well, everything, really.
If this actually includes serious QoL tweaks, I might dive back in.
Nice! Day one for me.
I haven't played it since its original release, but what QoL tweaks are you thinking of? I've seen others say the same.
the crafting system is the first thing that comes to mind. it was worthless for too much of the game's opening stretch, is what I noted from the review I wrote a zillion years ago. any other QoL changes would likely be a response to general adventure gaming improvements over past 8 years.
Wait, people don't like the titles for the Darksiders games? I thought they were pretty fun and creative.
You're not entirely wrong. It does have infinitely better combat than MMO though :PI don't know who was actually wanting a remaster of this tbh. I remember sinking a bit of time into it originally and feeling like the 20th hour felt almost identical to the first 20 minutues.
Same shallow fetch quests over and over. Same basic combat. It honestly felt like playing an MMO that had has its online functionality turned off. Lol.
Like, Kingdoms of Amalur hit the note that the never released Fable 2 PC port would have hit.
It's so fucking good. I will stan shit until I die.
Speak for yourself. I have long wanted this to be ported to current gen consoles. We are officially in that era of remasters that even the B-games that nobody ever want to play again gets remastered.
