Whether it happened is secondary, I'm just curious about what form that justice you're describing would (or should) take in an environment where there's nothing backing up their accusation. I understand the enormous pressure and stress the accuser has to go through even to get to the point of being able to talk about these events openly but I'm not well versed on how these types of cases proceed in the first place.Yes? What about the ton of rape victims who weren't able to go get a rape kit, and even then they may not have witnesses or anything to verify their story. You're saying if because someone can't definitively prove something that it didn't happen?
