Manchin seems to position himself as a moderate who will go either way if needed.

Fortunately I had a feeling that Murkowski and Collins would jump sides. Was not expecting Mitt but good for him.

those two haven't blocked any judicial picks. and collins was a sure thing (I live in Maine) if only to strengthen her "bipartisanship" status, which is of course a lot of bullshit.
