I saw something similar to this recently.
I thought it added support for a new DLC pack. There was a battle pack in add ons but selecting it gave an error, now it's gone lol.Patch 1.06 just came out, it offered some package that u can pick up outside the office but i have no idea what was inside
Just advance in the story, i only finished his friendship after finishing the story cuz some of the guys only appear in the later chapters.Does anyone know where I can find "non-pervy" guys for Yosuke(?)? Haven't found anything for a few chapters now and I think it's preventing me from making any progress with the girl at the club.

Mahjong is not that hard, pretty much you need to make a hand composed by 4 group of 3 tiles and 1 group of 2 tiles just like in this image (image has an extra group of 3 tiles that u dont need to make in the game)Speaking of friendship missions, this Mahjong one suuuucks, help...I really don't get Mahjong.
I'm happy for everyone who's loving this, but man am I disappointed.
I feel like the game tries to hard to do something else with Yakuza's engine and features and fails to deliver anything unique or really fun (that wasn't already a series staple).
Some of the things they added... I can't even. Fatal blows, lock-picking, tailing... This all makes the game looks like it's trying to cram new features for the sake of it and nothing works.
And that type of mission where they give you 3 to 5 locations to search and you'll never stumble on the right one because the event won't start until after you've actually visited them all? God.
I want to like this but it really isn't great. Finished chapter 3 yesterday and story isn't terrible grabbing either - pace feels glacial.

I tried Ricky first but couldn't beat Honey, I then changed to Grace and managed it but the last one you need to beat, Raxel just slaughtered me for like 30 minutes. Perfect throw counters, huge damage, armour breakers. Everything he did was insane. Beat him by luck eventually but i'd rather play Puyo Puyo again then that anyday.
No idea. I think they are meant to be enhanced on PS4 Pro but I only play in 1080p so I can't really tell if its down sampling or not (the image quality is super clean on PS4 Pro though, Yakuza 3 and 5 especially look amazing on it (4 always looked damn nice, even on PS3).Is yakuza 3, 4, and 5 4k on pro? I probably won't play them again anytime soon but I need them.
I think my best was 2.2-2.5 mil out of one run - if you get lucky you can trigger the money cat more than once, and you should get a good mil per run from that alone. Such a super fun mode :)I'm becoming addicted to Dice Cube VR. Send help.
Also man the long course gives you so much money.
Def felt like luck for me as well although I got it decently fast. I tried Puyo Puyo now and that seems brutal not sure my first attempt ended at a 11 streak but apparently you need a ~30 streak? Don't forget that you can fly through Little Asia for a nice shortcut on some of the courses, fairly certain its either 9 or 10 that lets you do that, and doing it well cuts down your time significantly.Def felt like luck for me as well although I got it decently fast. Still haven't beat dural in VF5. Leaving Drone Time Attack for the last although they might make me give up in the end. the last 2 courses and in reverse are just insanely brutal on time requirements to me.
It does cut down a little bit but not enough to unfuck you from ricocheting while trying to get through the mall part. Dunno it seems to me you have to fly 3 rounds with basically 0 errors and the mall parts generally fucks me over..Don't forget that you can fly through Little Asia for a nice shortcut on some of the courses, fairly certain its either 9 or 10 that lets you do that, and doing it well cuts down your time significantly.
Only combat in the main game is affected by switching difficulty. All mini games have fixed difficulty levels, aside from Yakuza 5 and 6 which have different difficulty arcade cabs for some games. So no, your out of luck.I'm sure the answer to this will be no, but just in case - does the difficulty you play on affect how difficult any of the arcade games (like Fighting Vipers / VF5) are?
I'm terrible at fighting games so if it does I have no shame setting the game to easy to try and get those ticked off the completion list haha.

The last character I needed was 29th. It seems to vary but it's around that ballpark. I used a method someone here recommended filling up the three rows on the right hand side as quickly as possible then trying to get rid of blocks near the bottom to have the tower (hopefully) fall into big chains to drown the opponent and repeat. It worked very well with a bit of practice.Def felt like luck for me as well although I got it decently fast. I guess you need to do the PuyoPuyo stuff for the platinum?oof puyo puyo is brutal I get constantly wrecked around low 10s I'm doing the tower method too but sometimes it feels you get fucked by poor timing of the enemy attack and your shit gets clogged up hardcore.
Yep. It's on the completion list for the arcade you need to do for the full Kamarogo stuff.
Just finished the game and man I loved it.
The entire finale was so good. I loved everything about it. From checking up on different leads to the courtroom scene and especially the ADDC parts.
Man those fights with the Mole felt great. The cinematography in some of those fighting scenes, it was as if I was watching/playing a Raid movie. I really liked how after you beat the mole once he comes back yet again and you have to do the second fight right after that. Felt appropriate tbh. Also really liked the fight in the casino that happened earlier in the chapter, the tension in that one was so high.
One thing that I really liked and I think they nailed in this game was the cast. Man, I'm in love with all these characters. Now I'm really hoping that after Shin Yakuza, we get like a crossover game, playing both as Ichiban and Yagami. They did an amazing job building up and creating the legend of Yagami in this game so if they can do the same for Ichiban in Shin Yakuza, a crossover game would be stuff of dreams.
Btw, I loved that entire credits sequence. So funny and appropriate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After you beat the game, don't go to the "Premium Adventure Mode" but instead go to "continue" and load your "Premium Adventure Save", this way you can keep all of your progression and finish up the side stuff without losing anything.
Thought so... This is going to be a tough task for me, but Judgement is such a great game and a timesink anyway(25 hours and I am at the beginning of the 6th chapter), a few more hours for training in Puypuyo should be fineYep. It's on the completion list for the arcade you need to do for the full Kamarogo stuff.
I just started playing Judgment tonight and still in the middle of Chapter 1. Any general advice anyone would like to give? I'm well-versed in the Yakuza series, but since the investigations are a brand new concept and I'm still working through the first main story case, I haven't done much in the way of side activities or side cases yet.
Yes.
Yes
All right, Thanks guys!
So I'm one of those Yakuza players that hits all side stuff as soon as I can rather than progress in the story. I'm only in chapter 2, finished all arcades, eaten most restaurant food, made all current friends and am working on Mahjong which feels a lot harder then previous games with the Wareme mode. Managed to beat all difficulty tables though, just need the color triplets.
Yes you missed a skill book. No you can't go back...Finished the first disguise sequence/mission in Chapter 1 that concluded in a major boss fight. Question though; there was a locked door or two and what looked like a hidden purple book item/pick-up locked behind one of them? I didn't have the code (I don't think?) so I missed it. What was this? Did I miss a permanent collectible? Can I go back and get it!?
