It's not just the OP. All of the headlines I've seen are seeming to imply Jones and Infowars deliberately sent this stuff to the victims. It just was in the Infowars email server because someone else had sent Infowars CP.
Now the question is if Jones knew it was there. And, because I'd assume self preservation matters to him, he probably didn't know. Otherwise there is no way the defense would just hand over the entire server to the victim's lawyers. Or maybe they're all stupid idiots and Jones is fucked. I doubt it would be possible to prove it either way, so I expect nothing to come of this.
Again, I'm not saying he's not a piece of garbage for apparently not reporting this to the FBI in the first place, I'm merely contesting that he sent CP to people which is what this thread title implies. That's inaccurate.
Not just in jail, but also completely under it.

Alex is among the worst human beings on the internet, that's for sure. But I don't think most folks here are reading the details of this story. The pictures in question were sent to infowars and so far it doesn't seem as if anyone from infowars solicited those pictures.

Alex Jones is a scum bag that has done serious harm to some very vulnerable people and this lawsuit will hopefully hold him accountable for that, but spreading false information about him isn't the way.
