0, I work part time and don't get benefits. I have like 11 hours of sick time saved up though (MA law requires sick time for all, even part-timers).

Only got 6 days left until our vacation days reset in May. Then I will start the year with 4 weeks, 2 float days and 5 paid sick days.

It's never enough honestly. I feel if I had 6 weeks a year I wouldn't complain. That's the sweet spot

I had almost 200 hrs stocked up but I cashed most of them out at a 25% loss.
It all got gobbled by debt.

Just have a cpl weeks banked now. Still not sure if I regret it or not.

A couple of weeks right now. I never really take time off. I keep telling myself I'm saving it for a time to disappear for weeks on end.

I think I have about a week and a half accrued at the moment, but max out at about four weeks, not including federal holidays.

32 hours, but I just spent 16 of those for an upcoming trip.

I would normally get 3 weeks over the course of a year and I haven't spent any other hours so far, so I think I'm doing fine in that regard.

Had 35 days, a record for me. Took some off and took some as money.
I get bored by too long vacations but I am vary against taking it out as money so it accumulates.

196 hours accumulated.
Plus 72 of floating for the year left ( we get 80 that we need to burn though in a year)

I'm currently single and don't have big travel plans by myself so I've been storing them. I am pretty much maxed out and use 1-2 days a month until I'm maxed out and repeat. 240 vacation and 48 personal and 40 sick. Can't wait until I quit and get that big fat paycheck

~50 days,
about 30 of those are thanks to Long Service Leave (Australian thing where if you work somewhere for 7+ years you get a bunch more leave, that you can generally use after 10 years, but if you leave between 7 - 10 years you get paid out for it)

Australian Leave doesn''t reset each year, so it will just keep building up.

I get 5 weeks vacation, 12 sick days, and 3 personal days a year. Still have almost all of it left for this year.

I just got off vacation, so I probably have 5 weeks total left due to Cali law...

But I'm also eligible for an 8 week sabbatical.

7 weeks, 2 are from last year. I am horrible at work/life balance and management is more than happy to capitalize on it.

My employer provides 5 weeks vacation to everyone when they are hired per year and I'm in the US. Rare as hell.

Just used two weeks so I have 40 hours stored. It accumulates fast so I'm taking another two weeks for travel in a couple months.

I get just over 13 hours a month. So over the year it comes out to just about a month (20 work days). I've been there less than 5 years so I can only bank up to 160 hours. But there is no expiration. Currently I have around 90ish I think.

Once I hit 5 years, I can bank up to like 240 I think.

Sick time? Probably 150 or so. Haven't looked in awhile.

I get 20 vacation days a year. It doesn't accumulate. Use it or it gets paid out.

I have 16 days left for the year. Also have 4 sick days and 2 floating holidays. I make sure to take every day off that I can.

Something like -78 hours according to the system, but my work recently introduced unlimited PTO. As long as I'm getting my work done and not abusing the privilege, I can take off as much time as I want.

(The 78 hours does include time I have planned off for later in the year, and the vacation I'm on right now.)

160 hours of vacation, 24 hours of personal, and 140 hours of sick. They recently reduced how much sick time we can have so it may be a little lower.

I basically work a lot.

I'm in a similar situation as RetroMG, I can take off whenever and as long as I get it approved from my immediate boss, and get my work done, it's not really tracked.

Currently have about 20 days vacation and 12 days sick time. Accumulate 20/10 each year and can bank up to 2.5x the annual amount before I lose it if I remember right. But it will dwindle down quickly when we have another kid since I will have to use either sick or vacation time to pay myself during FMLA leave.
