You can save a lot of time by just throwing the cash in the washer & dryer yourself. That's why you take it to the mob first so they can launder it for you.
ha cha cha
For real.Dude said "I'm pretty sure they spit in my bag" and people still question the validity of this thread
Yup.
yupMost chain retail stores in the US will fire an employee if they accept a tip from a customer.
never once in my life have i heard of this. it almost seems insulting
You could have made this thread without the bullshit and it would have gone over better.maybe normally but right now cashiers are working long hours, have to deal with hoarders/unruly customers, and are at extremely high chances to catch something. Even if you aren't tipping I'm pretty sure we can all agreement they deserve to be paid more atm.
NoI feel like we're all agreement they are working super hard and not getting paid very much. You aren't tipping them?

Yup mine did as well back when I worked at one. No tips
I was doing about 10% but got called a cheapskate and im pretty sure they spit in my bag so I upped it to 15%. Seen people doing 18-20% which I think is nuts
Actually it's fucked up you're just tipping the cashier's. The stock clerks and the truck unloaders are doing the heavy lifting in this time of panic buying.maybe normally but right now cashiers are working long hours, have to deal with hoarders/unruly customers, and are at extremely high chances to catch something. Even if you aren't tipping I'm pretty sure we can all agreement they deserve to be paid more atm.
There are independent or locally owned grocery stores where you can tip employees and cashiers. So, technically, by tipping you might be risking their jobs. I think there's irony in there somewhere!
I've never heard of tipping grocery cashiers, even in the US, even during all this coronavirus stuff.I feel like we're all agreement they are working super hard and not getting paid very much. You aren't tipping them?
. . .I'd normally say something about weekend Era, but it's weekend Era 24/7 now. Might as well get used to it.
