I just track my micronutrients of what i eat to make sure i'm getting all of my vitamins from food. The only vitamin i take is a vitamin D in the winter time when there's hardly any sun.
Fast acting insulin, long acting insulin, two anti seizure pills, anti fainting pill, acid reflux, blood pressure pill, 2 kidney pills, 2 fluid pills, cholesterol and allergy stuff.
0 (because I always forget to take a multivitamin in the morning lol)
I actually feel pretty good most of the time. I eat well, drink lots of water, get plenty of sunlight and exercise, etc. I'm fortunately in very good health and never had to worry about pills or medication of any kind.
Just one for allergies this season, but I try to take zero typically. I think there are some medications I'd be willing to try for a few issues I have, though.
