My last treasure map is killing me. Still don't know what place is the face of rock.
Alright, question regarding the Leviathan Axe upgrade (late-game spoiler):
I just beat Baldur for the last time and have to return to Tyr's temple now. That seemed pretty major, but I noticed that both my Leviathan Axe and Chaos Blades are not fully upgraded yet despite being - what feels like - so close to the game's end. Did I miss these upgrades somewhere or shall I just keep playing?
The trophy guide I followed said you have to finish the game first. After that
They're tied to the muspelheim and nifleheim trials. The axe is in the chest that costs 5000 mist things to open

You need to beat the game first, then you'll find the two resources at the shop's Buy section. They'll cost a specific item each, which you can get from Niflheim and Muspelheim. For the Blades', you'll need to beat the Valkyrie Rota at the top of the mountain. For the Leviathan's, there's a treasure chest in Ivaldi's treasure room (?) in Niflheim that costs 5000 Mist Echoes that you have to open. Then just bring them to either dwarf and trade them in.
Play the main path some more.Hey guys, sorry in advance if I'm just not seeing something. I feel like I'm stuck on Iron Cove?
I'm after the second water drop, so I've handled all the encounters and opened all chests. But since I repelled down from the Isle of Death, I don't see a way to reach the boat. Am I missing something? The dock flag takes me to that last chest and I can see the shore, but can't reach it.
hmm nothing of importance should be locked but I'm not sure which boat you are referring to at this point.I justand was picking up some side quests. Thing is I can't even get back to the boat (outside loading an earlier save?) to do anything else?Told Atreus the truth
Lure 2 or 3 enemies to the ring, do a AOE runic attack to kill them all, repeat.Ugh these trials are going to be tedious. The ring one is annoying.
Is there a specific one that's particularly effective? The ones I have equipped seem to knock them out of the ring instead.Lure 2 or 3 enemies to the ring, do a AOE runik attack to kill them all, repeat.

My memory is terrible to remember the names. The AoE ones i used dealed damage or elemental damage and was upgraded to the maxIs there a specific one that's particularly effective? The ones I have equipped seem to knock them out of the ring instead.
Try to draw them into the ring and have Atreus shock them in place while you do an Executioner's Cleave. Alternatively, I guess you could freeze them with the axe then kick them over? Just take care not to push them out of bounds.Ugh these trials are going to be tedious. The ring one is annoying.
Alright, I have a ton of XP to spare so I can afford to experiment a bit. Thanks for the reply. My memory is terrible to remember the names. The AoE ones i used dealed damage or elemental damage and was upgraded to the max
I actually forgot about the axe throw freezing some enemies. I'll try that next time as well.Try to draw them into the ring and have Atreus shock them in place while you do an Executioner's Cleave. Anyone got any tips for Give me God of War? I'm getting frustrated here. I'm still starting out, I'm at the part where you fight one revenant and two heavy draugrs and once you kill one two drugrs projectiles come up. This is getting really bad. I'm seriously considering restarting the game on a lower difficulty.
Don't do your first playthrough on gow. That's just a silly idea. Do hard first. It's hard enough.Anyone got any tips for Give me God of War? I'm getting frustrated here. Give me a challenge should be ok for you then. Its what I chose and havent had too many problemsWhat difficulty should i choose? I am very good at action games.
I'll go with the above, do not go with the last option. I'm good at videogames, good at bloodborne and dark souls and this mode is ruthless and it's kicking my ass. I'm restarting the game tomorrow. What difficulty should i choose? I am very good at action games.
Enemies hit harder, but aside from that, I'm not sure if they fight any differently since I wasn't trying to see the difference so I didn't go back and forth comparing encounters. It provides a better, more satisfying challenge but nothing too hard that'll get frustrating. What are the main changes when going from normal difficulty to Give Me A Challenge? No spoilers please. I'm just starting the snowy area that contains a large dead.giant
HOLY SHIT !!!!!!!!!
This game is blowing my mind. I am not finished and not much as been spoiled but I justI take it im close to the end?got the chains weapons from the previous games, I had NO clue !!! what a surprise

The 3 normal rooms without bosses each have a spindle somewhere above. You have to remember the code and then switch each of them and make it back in time. How do you open the Nornir Chest in the first hub room of Niflheim?
Take a screenshot of the chest or remember the runes then proceed as you normally would. When you reach the larger "rooms" (e.g. you go left and you'll encounter one deadly corridor, enter a small room, then encounter another deadly corridor, the big room after that is the large room) in the workshop, look around for one of those spinnable rune things. There are three large rooms in total, each one containing those, so just hit them as you would then return to the chest. How do you open the Nornir Chest in the first hub room of Niflheim?
Nothing will be locked.Quick question for you guys
Can I safely postpone all side quests until after I beat the story? Am I going to be locked out of anything?

Apparently I'm not very eloquent at explaining things

Switch Atreus' arrow type.Ahhh right ok thanks
Also, is there a way to get health from Ratatoskr? I'm only getting rage gems
In chests in Niflheim. Usually on the dead end paths....perhaps why they're called anchors. I also noticed the game only gave them to me if I had enough echoes to open a tear, but that may have been a coincidence.
