I think they pushed Deathloop so hard despite the lack of interest (evidenced by YouTube metrics and posts around here) because they knew it was good and was going to review really well.

They aren't doing that with Ghostwire so I don't know what to conclude other than they don't have the same confidence in its quality or at least its broader appeal.

For my part, the art direction looks really cool but it's a Japanese first person action game so my skepticism is currently high.

You know what, you're right. Deathloop already plummeted 2 months after release. I'll be patient this time. Plus cyberpunk patch should be out around this time

I think the real explanation would be to look at what other games Sony had to market in late Summer 2021 vs what Sony has to market in Feb-March 2022. Deathloop had a pretty wide berth
