It's not going to happen, but something new with Banjo would be swell.

Bloodlines 2 would be lovely, to see if the game is still on track after the recent staff turnover.
Atomic Heart has been quiet for a while. Would-be cool if Keighley got that.
Most likely though, Microsoft will show off something from The Initiative.

Yeah, not going to happen. They used a lot of the proposed plot elements in some mobile game.
I would love a faithful remake of Chrono Trigger, but I know myself well enough to know that I would buy another port (especially for Switch) in a heartbeat.

I honestly don't expect much coming from Japan.
Maybe Nintendo will finally show off Bayo 3, MP4, or BotW2, but I have my doubts. Maybe SQEX will have something up their sleeves.
I doubt From Software or any other smaller JP dev will choose to announce something there.
I'm not sure at what level to set my hype. I mean, last year they unveiled the Xbox Series X, after all

Elden Ring, but I wouldn't mind seeing Dragon's Dogma 2, even if it was just a title saying "currently in development" or something.

Here are some games that come to mind obviously I don't expect them all and just one of these announcements would satisfy me: new trailer for BotW 2, new trailer/release date for Silksong, gameplay trailer for Bayonetta 3, reveal trailer for 2D Metroid, reveal trailer for a new Dino Crisis, new Monolith Soft. game reveal, Babylon's Fall trailer, a new Final Fantasy Tactics, SMTV gameplay pretty please?

I realize this will never happen but every single year I want to see a suikoden HD remaster collection announced including all the games even the nintendo DS one. However I realize they woul never do this especially at a game awards show because the nanosecond people aw it it would instantly upstage every single game of the year nominee they were about to present.
