It's a perfectly normal opening sentence and paragraph. Is that review really starting out at "On my second run through Dead Cells..."? Just seems a weird way to start the review, almost like a paragraph before it is missing or something.
It's a standard confession/apology/statement staple. There's a good video from Bobby Burns breaking down these kind of videos:
This quoted video was posted a year ago and Filip followed this template almost point for point...
Wait a minute...He made an apology video for his plagiarism by plagiarizing other apology videos. I'm almost kind of impressed at his boldness.
The fact that this whole mess blew up long before Jason even wrote about it makes him mentioning Jason even more bizarre, lol.
And yeah - this is pretty much an intentional non-apology to save face and continue on YouTube (which he probably will)
Wish the guy's family would be left alone. This video though just seems like a manipulation trick. He states he is taking responsibility but calls the plagiarism unintentional, which I doubt, and tries to blame journalists for reporting on the plagiarism.
This is incredible. Someone check this man's portfolio to see what else was lifted.
It is weird that he specifically picked up on JS from Kotaku when I assume there's probably many more websites that reported on this. Must be some vendetta?
I imagine there were but Kotaku def gets a good share of coverage so I imagine it was just high on the list from a popularity standpoint. It is weird that he specifically picked up on JS from Kotaku when I assume there's probably many more websites that reported on this. Must be some vendetta?
Maybe he now wants the sympathy from GG (muh ethics in johnalizm) for hating Kotaku. I mean he needs some money right nowIt is weird that he specifically picked up on JS from Kotaku when I assume there's probably many more websites that reported on this. Must be some vendetta?
Well you kinda need to watch the video to form an opinion on it right, I mean if you wanna hear it from the source at least.Ya'll are giving this guy clicks and he didn't even have the decency to confess.
Haha, I noticed the same thing.I swear every video of this kind starts with the dude sighing lmao
The way he faved around 30 comments on his video so that you get the impression that it's totally fine what he did...
I see what you did there.
He didn't fledge out his planI wonder why he didn't disable the like/dislike bar yet to get that narrative out more.
this is almost a "I apologize if you were offended" apology, which is the most disingenuous apology going lmao
Then a victim complex/thanks for all the real brahs for sticking with me.
Surreal.
Yeah this is what I had an issue with. Towards the end he spoke a good bit about becoming better. If, in his eyes, he did nothing wrong and it was completely unintentional, why does he need to get better? This doesnt make any sense. Those two statements literally contradict each other. If it is a coincidence, he must stand by his point, instead he admits that he irs taking full responsibility. I think this guy is culprit here
True, but still doesn't change the fact of what he clearly done, and he is non repentant. He gets no empathy from me.The way he faved around 30 comments on his video so that you get the impression that it's totally fine what he did...
