Adding to that list: Natália has a meter charge move that can be canceled into a fireball (at first I thought it was a charged fb that wasn't correctly implemented, had to rewatch).

If super jumps are universal, I am guessing that there are SJCs even though there is no JC'ing. It showcases some interesting stuff too, there are universal AAs, overheads, dive kicks and air throws. Guard cancels are still in. Clashes seem to cause pushback on both players. Everything causes chip.
