Raiden teleport shenanigans is okay. But it's too meter dependent. And you literally just have to block and take the throw until he's out of meter. They need to make his Lightning Bolt have a faster startup(23 frames really?) and not have lightning strike be -30 on block(lol) so he can actually zone a bit after he teleport out.
