Pirelli is not " italian" anymore. It's owned by a Chinese company.
These new tyres are used because of blistering. The problem is that some team found a solution for this issue and others didn't. Pirelli should have picked Soft Medium and Hard instead of SS Soft and Medium. Problem solved.
As a brand, and a marketing presence, it's very much Italian.

It takes a while to get through all of those Hamilton driving manuals.
Hamilton could have easily gone faster if he didn't wait so long to accelerate for the start/finish line. How can he not see that? I've noticed it on other tracks too, he should be driving the last 3 corners of his out lap like it's a timed lap.
Take the life out of the tyre at the end of your out lap or have them there for the whole timed lap. They won't do both.
He's picked up a few poles now in his fledgling career.

If you go to the radar tab you'll see the rain. The circuit is just west (some 15-20km) from where it's raining right now.
you forgot the 3 kilograms of gold chains, that he does not respect etiquette for tennis, and the fact he prefers to be with popstars and models instead of giving a motivational speech to racing drivers who are about to enter their first monoplace championship. xD
He sure has the talent and is an exceptional racing driver, plus you can tell he has genuine emotions under the coat of stupid glitter (like how he went rampage in his hotel room after a disastrous bakou, or when he almost cried when presented with what he thought was a real Senna helmet -fabricated moment by FOM, but still a genuine reaction-) . I am certain with a different personal path he could have been a Jim Clark, a true model to live by. But,nope, he prefers to stand out with looks that make the talks... perhaps later, but it's already late.
Up till i learned about the rain, I would have bet he'd try a 2 stops strategy finishing with supersofts. All others one stoppers... but with the rain, who can say.
the 1 hr later start kills me here in Australia, it means a 1am finish!
