OP stole my fav, but thinking about it... I like just about every cat I've ever encountered in video games.
One of my other favs though is Mao from Shadow Hearts: From the New World. Such a loveable, giant drunk kitty.

SE cat tech is more advanced that their dog tech. These cats look better than Torgal.
...and? I mean, duh!, everyone knows this already but they purr and are soft, so the benefits outweigh the dickishness.
