Was DA always so colorful? I feel like everything is color coded cause it was supposed to be a live service game lol

Yeah this is action "rpg". I'll take my definite L and understand that Dragon Age is not for me anymore. We're never going back to the more crpg roots.
Lucky for you someone is making old Bioware style RPGs and has decided to go even more old Bioware with RTwP combat for its sequel.Yeah. I keep hoping they'll make something closer to Origins as it's the only game in the series I truly love for the gameplay and it's not happening.
That decision was likely made long before BG3 came out. It is what it is.Have they learned nothing from Baldur gate 3, CRPG could been great. Maybe ill go back and play dragon age origin, wonder how it holds up.
DAI was pretty colorful but the first 2 games certainly notWas DA always so colorful? I feel like everything is color coded cause it was supposed to be a live service game lol
THey can't rebuild their whole game in one year.Have they learned nothing from Baldur gate 3, CRPG could been great. Maybe ill go back and play dragon age origin, wonder how it holds up.
BG3 is an exception, not the rule. That type of game doesn't usually sell what Inquisition did. BG3 is just a master class. I'll never play another game like it though.I wonder if they regret the decision to go full on action RPG after the success of BG3.
You don't understand. If I don't directly see it in the fifteen minute demo, its obviously not in the game. Gotta say, I question the decision to have a whole bunch of empty ability slots when there's only one ability!People complaining about the combat, are we misremembering Inquisition? It felt just as basic except you had even less direct control. The combat will obviously open up as you go.
The UI made it look like how mass effect does it with giving you the option to use the other party members abilities.
You do, you can select their skills like Mass Effect
