Restaurant, absolutely. The broth at our local place is insanely good. Once the pandemic is over and places start opening up again, the first thing I'm doing is going out to the ramen shop, downing a bowl with a bottle of pear sake, and giving them a great tip.
Instant stuff, not so much. I generally pour out most of the water before adding the seasoning packet tbh. I like my salt pure and undiluted. Poach 1 egg while cooking noods. Got myself a good "oh crap, I have to be at work in 20 minutes" meal.
