I just recently discovered there's a bookmark option lol I used 'Likes' as bookmarks for years. I hope this is the case.

Could be using multiple accounts. Twitter supports multi-account switching. Remember, everyone is remote.

It's funny, Twitter has a dedicated bookmark feature but the UI/UX is so awful compared to likes, so no uses it.
